Spot Repair

Storm damage caused a tree branch to puncture a hole in the RV/travel trailer roof. It was leaking but not for long. We patched it up, replaced the wood and sealed it with our premium grade silicone. No more leaks.

This customer had a branch puncture a hole right through the roof. We started out by removing the branch pieces and cutting out a squared section to prepare for wood replacement

Support brackets were made underneath the new wood panel to reinforce the replaced wood. This section is now tougher than the rest of the roof

A reinforced fabric mesh is embedded in a base layer of silicone sealant to create a durable shield over the repair. The repaired area is then finished with two additional layers of silicone coating for long-lasting protection

Soft spot (rotting wood under membrane) repair with full roof coating

38 foot fifth wheel trailer had rotting wood due to worn A/C gasket seal and cracked sealant around vents. With moisture trapped underneath the membrane, mold started building up on the wood

Air conditioner removed to replaced the wet and rotting wood. New wood boards installed

Reinforced fabric mesh installed around all vents/skylights and the areas where wood was replaced. Full roof coated with two layers of silicone coating for long-lasting protection

Preventative maintenance - full roof coating

Here we have a 2020 Grey Wolf travel trailer that needed some love. As you can see, the factory self-leveling sealant does not stand a change against UV, thermal expansion, and stress from flexing when on the road

Surface was cleaned and prepped for full a roof coating. Front + rear roof seams, skylights, and vents are reinforced with fabric mesh that prevents cracks from forming again

Full roof and slide coated with two layers of silicone coating for long-lasting protection. Slide also had reinforced fabric mesh installed at the seam
