Factory RV roofs rely on self-leveling sealant that cracks under sun, heat and road flex. We rebuild what's damaged, reinforce every weak point, then coat the whole roof as one continuous surface.
What goes on your roof
Six layers, zero seams
Every job is built the same way, top to bottom. A primer base coat goes on first for maximum adhesion. Then seams, vents, skylights and A/C openings, where nearly all RV leaks start, get fiber reinforced material embedded in coating before the full roof is coated.

What each service looks like
Total Roof Replacement
When a branch or storm punches through the roof, patching isn't enough. We tear off the old membrane, replace damaged trusses and rafters, swap out any wet insulation for new insulation, install new wood decking and finish with a full commercial-grade TPO membrane. The result is a brand-new roof from the frame up.
Soft spot repair + full coating
Worn A/C gaskets and cracked vent sealant let water sit under the membrane until the wood rots. We pull the A/C if needed, replace the wet boards, reinforce every vent, skylight and repaired area with fiber reinforced material, and coat the full roof twice.
Preventative full-roof coating
Factory self-leveling sealant can't handle years of sun, heat and road flex. Before it starts leaking, we clean and prep the surface, reinforce the front and rear seams, skylights and vents with fiber reinforced material, then coat the entire roof twice.
Deck rebuild & replacement
When soft spots have spread too far, we tear off the old roof, replace the wood and framing that's gone bad, seal every seam with our proprietary reinforced sealant and rebuild the roof from the boards up. The result looks brand new.

The service
Do you really come to me?
Yes. We're fully mobile. We work at your home, campground or storage facility, as long as there's room to get on the roof safely.
How long does a job take?
Most full-roof coatings are done in a single day. Jobs with major wood replacement or a full membrane replacement can take longer, and we'll tell you up front.
What kinds of RVs do you work on?
Travel trailers, fifth wheels, campers and motorhomes with rubber (EPDM/TPO) or similar membrane roofs. Send photos if you're unsure.
Where do you work?
We service most of the Southeast region. Check your area and we'll let you know when we can get to you.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can reach the RV and have access to water and power if needed, you don't have to be there. We'll send photos when the job is done.
The roof system
What is a seamless roof coating?
A liquid coating system applied over the whole roof in two coats, with fiber reinforced material embedded at seams, vents, skylights and repairs. It cures into one continuous, waterproof surface.
Should I coat or replace my roof?
If the membrane is still bonded and the damage is limited, a seamless coating is usually the better value. If the membrane is separating or rot is widespread, a full replacement is the right call. See our system for details.
Can you coat over soft spots?
No, and we won't. Soft spots mean wet or rotting wood. We cut it out, replace it and reinforce it before any coating goes on.
Will I need to maintain it?
The system is designed to be maintenance-free. There's no sealant to redo each season. An occasional look after big storms is always smart.
Will my roof leak again?
Most RV leaks start at seams, vents and sealant joints. Our system reinforces every one of those points with fiber reinforced material and covers the whole roof, which removes the usual failure points.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Our roof system is backed by a 20-year warranty, and it transfers to the new owner if you sell your RV.
